Pagoda's FTP storage space, API data verification failed, please verify!

In the process of configuring the pagoda, it is necessary to back up the data to the ftp space of other servers. The pagoda has such software available, but there will be problems during the configuration process. I have checked a lot of information, including the official one, but there is still no correct reply, but there are still capable people on the Internet. I wrote it myself, just for the record

The ftp of the pagoda panel cannot be used to solve the problem

Check these first

1. Pay attention to the internal IP and external IP

2. Check whether the ftp service is started (you can see it on the home page of the panel)

3. Check whether the firewall port 20, ftp port 21 and passive ports 39000 - 40000 are released (if it is Tencent Cloud/Alibaba Cloud, etc., you need to check the security group)

4. Check if the backup full path exists

The complete operation process is as follows:


First explain:

Server A is the server that stores backup data

B, C server is the server that needs to back up data


A server settings:

Ports 21 and 39000-40000 need to be opened. In addition to the pagoda release, the server also needs to be released.

If you use the FTP storage space tool, the FTP connection is in passive mode, so open the above ports.


We also need to set the IP for passive mode connection, do as follows:

Search for Force

Find the one shown in the figure, copy a line, then remove the #, and fill in the public IP of the A server behind.

Reload the changed configuration


B, C server settings:

First install ftp storage space

If it is not installed, click Install, and then click Settings after installation:

Enter the information and click Save (you need to establish an FTP account on the A server in advance).

Take backup database as an example:

You can click to execute the test:

Then you can check the A server to see if there are already backed up files.

Finish.
