Xin Guobin introduced that since 2015, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has selected a number of pilot demonstration projects with significant results across the country, and has explored a number of new models that can be replicated and promoted in key areas such as aviation power building materials. In Jiangsu, Guangdong, Zhejiang and other regions have promoted intelligent manufacturing from the pilot stage of concept popularization to the stage of deepening comprehensive promotion and application.

"Emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, and 5G communications are accelerating their integration into smart manufacturing. To further advance smart manufacturing, we must train a team of system solution suppliers. In recent years, we have guided the smart manufacturing system solution supplier alliance around subdivided industries. More than 140 high-quality suppliers meeting the specifications were selected, and more than 6,000 equipment and software vendors with certain integration capabilities participated in more than 1,000 national smart manufacturing pilot demonstrations and new model application projects, driving Beijing and Hunan Provinces and municipalities such as Zhejiang and Zhejiang have launched provincial supplier selection. "But China still faces some core issues, such as, how can suppliers quickly accumulate sufficient industry knowledge and experience? How to correctly understand and effectively apply artificial intelligence, 5G communication and blockchain? How to find a balance between industry standardization solutions? Is it possible to lower the service threshold for SME customers? ”Said Xin Guobin. In the next step, he will focus on subdivided industries, face small and medium-sized enterprises, improve his ability on the ground, and solve practical problems with real skill. Suppliers must deeply cultivate subdivided industries. Refine the summary to form a standard and promote mature solutions; suppliers should use platform-based networked technical means to promote the modularization and productization of solutions; suppliers need upstream and downstream collaboration, cooperative innovation, and full-scale integration of resource elements; Suppliers need to communicate with world-class companies, learn their experience in the entire process of consulting and planning, integrated implementation and operation and maintenance services, and integrate with local realities.
