Miniature circuit breakers, commonly known as air switches, are one of the most widely used terminal protection appliances in building electrical terminal power distribution devices. Traditional air circuit breakers have a certain power safety protection function, but because the line overcurrent detection is not digital, it cannot be accurately disconnected in real time; the leakage protection function can not be automatically limited by automatic detection and other technical limitations, so there are still casualties and electrical fire accidents. occur.
Manton's new intelligent air circuit breaker uses a microcomputer for data collection, comparison, calculation, analysis and recording. When a power failure occurs, it can quickly and accurately issue a power-off instruction, and the circuit can be cut off within 0.005 seconds at the fastest. National standards are nearly 20 times faster. The use of artificial intelligence technology to achieve accurate overcurrent, timely disconnection, automatic self-check for leakage protection functions, etc., thereby greatly improving the life safety protection when people get an electric shock, and the level of early warning and prevention of electrical fires.
The minimum leakage current that can be detected by Manton's smart circuit breaker is 1mA. Based on the management APP of the user's mobile phone, the user can do the leakage self-test at any time. In fact, a regular leakage self-check function is also set in Manton's plan. Once there is an abnormal line, an alarm message will be pushed to remind the user to check for hidden dangers. In addition, after this situation occurs, the empty meeting is automatically disconnected, and it must be closed manually. The remote control cannot close it, forcing the user to perform line inspection to protect the user's personal safety.
