Testing requirements:

1. The application software is required to quickly detect the absence and error of rivets on sheet metal in the range of 500 * 400mm, and the total time does not exceed 1s;

2. Sheet metal background color and rivet color are different, usually sheet metal background color is red copper color, part of aluminum color; rivet color is basically gold, yellow or aluminum color;

3． The diameter of rivets ranges from 5mm to 20mm. The specifications of rivets at the same location and in the same batch are the same.

4． For example, the position of the red and green circles on the schematic diagram is wrong, and the height difference of the wrong and wrong parts is not less than 2mm.
