How to use DC stabilized power supply_How to use DC stabilized power supply
Instructions for use:
Power switch: Press the switch to turn on the power.
CH1 port, CH2 port: can output adjustable voltage 0~30V, adjustable current 0~2 ACH3 port: can output fixed voltage 5V, fixed current 2A
Independent/combination switch: when the button pops up, the two output voltages are used separately; when the button is pressed, the two output voltages are combined using a series/parallel switch: when the button pops up, the two output voltages are connected in series; when the button is pressed, the two output voltages are connected in series. When the output voltage is connected in parallel and the two outputs are used in combination, one main circuit power supply can be adjusted, and the slave circuit can automatically track.
LED display: respectively indicate the two output voltage and current values
Voltage adjustment knob: adjust the voltage
current adjustment knob: adjust current
DC stabilized power supply application process
step: power connection. Connect the regulated power supply to the market.
Step 2: Turn on the power. When the load is not connected, press the main power switch (power), and then turn on the DC output switch (output) of the power supply to make the power output work normally (some simple adjustable regulated power supplies have only the main power switch and no independent DC Output switch). At this moment, the current operating voltage and output current are displayed on the digital indicator of the power supply.
The third step: Set the output voltage. After adjusting the voltage setting knob, the digital voltmeter shows the target voltage, and the voltage setting is completed. Regarding the power supply with adjustable current-limiting function, there are two sets of conditioning systems that separately regulate voltage and current. It must be clearly distinguished when adjusting. Generally, the potentiometer for voltage adjustment has the word "VOLTAGE", and the potentiometer for current adjustment has the word "CURRENT". Many entry-level products use low-cost coarse/fine dual-knob settings. In the case of dual-adjustment knobs, we first turn the fine-adjustment knob to the center position, then set the approximate voltage through the coarse-adjustment knob, and then use the fine-adjustment knob. Correctly correct.
Step 4: Set the current. Press and hold the "Limit" button on the power panel, the current meter will display the current value at this moment, adjust the current knob to make the current value reach the predetermined level. Generally, the current limit can be set at 120% of the usual current. Some power supplies do not have a dedicated current-limiting adjustment key. The user needs to short-circuit the output terminal according to the instructions, and then set the current-limiting level according to the short-circuit current and the current-limiting knob. The simple adjustable regulated power supply has no current setting function and no corresponding knob.
Step 5: Set OVP for over-voltage maintenance. Overvoltage setting refers to further limiting an upper limit voltage within the adjustable voltage range of the power supply itself to avoid excessive output voltage of the power supply during misoperation. Generally, the overvoltage can be set to a level of 120% of the normal operating voltage. The overvoltage setting requires a flat-blade screwdriver to adjust the potentiometer recessed in the panel, which is also a design to avoid misoperation. When setting the OVP voltage, first adjust the operating voltage of the power supply to the target overvoltage point, and then gradually adjust the OVP potentiometer to make the power supply maintenance work. At this point, the OVP setting is completed. Then, turn off the power supply, lower the operating voltage, and you can work normally. To set the operating voltage, refer to the third step above. Different power settings have different OVP methods.
Step 6: Communication interface parameter setting and remote control operation setting. Regarding the application of local control (panel operation), the remote control operation should be closed. The communication interface should be set according to the communication requirements, and no setting is required for local use.

Precautions when using DC stabilized power supply
1. According to the required voltage, first adjust the "coarse adjustment" knob, and then gradually adjust the "fine adjustment" knob to achieve correct cooperation. For example, when you need to output 12V voltage, you need to set the "coarse adjustment" knob to 15V, and then adjust the "fine adjustment" knob to adjust it to 12V, and the "coarse adjustment" knob should not be set to 10V. Otherwise, the output voltage will not reach 12V.
2. After adjusting to the required voltage, connect to the load again.
3. During operation, if you need to change the "coarse adjustment" gear, you should disconnect the load first, and then connect the load after the output voltage is adjusted to the required value.
4. During operation, when maintenance is caused by load short circuit or overload, the load should be disconnected first, and then press the "restore" button, you can also turn on the power from the beginning, the voltage can be restored to normal operation, and then connect after troubleshooting load.
5. When each power supply with different extra currents is used in series, the output current is the extra value of the extra value in between.
6. There is a meter for each power supply. In different conditions of A/V, it can separately indicate the output current or output voltage of this road. Generally placed on the voltage to indicate the status.
7. Each channel has two output terminals, red and black. The red terminal indicates "+", the black terminal indicates "-", and the black terminal with the symbol of "earth" in the center of the panel indicates that the terminal is connected to the chassis and is connected to each One output has no electrical connection and is only used as a safety line. People often take it for granted that the "earth" symbol indicates grounding, and "+" and "-" indicate that the positive and negative power outputs are used to supply power to the dual power op amp.
8. Two voltages can be used in series. Parallel operation is not allowed. The power supply is a supply meter, so it is not allowed to short-circuit the output terminal for a long time.
