General Specification for Semiconductor Tube Characteristic Grapher

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, test methods, quality inspection rules, labeling, packaging, transportation, storage, etc. of the semiconductor tube characteristic diagram instrument.

This standard applies to semiconductor tube characteristic graphers for testing the characteristic curves and DC parameters of semiconductor tubes, as well as semiconductor tube characteristic graphers with plug-in units or auxiliary devices.

The product standard of the graphic instrument shall meet the requirements of this standard. When the product standard requirement of the graphic instrument exceeds the requirement of this standard, the product standard shall prevail.
