Application of machine vision in liquid level detection

The eye drops shown in the figure above are one of the common liquid medicines. After filling, the liquid level needs to be detected. The characteristics of this type of product are light transmission, and the backlight can be used to capture relatively clear contours and liquid surface positions. The detection picture shown below is a picture taken with the Vesip 120WCCD Gigabit Ethernet camera and lens combined with the backlight. The number of the lower corner of the eye drop is used as a matching feature, and then the liquid level and the bottom of the bottle meet the set threshold range to determine whether the liquid level is qualified. The OK / NG signal is output to the lower computer to realize the automatic detection of the liquid level. .
