Measuring method of 12V voltage regulation value of Zener diode

SMD voltage stabilizer diode 12V with voltage regulation value below 12V, use MF47 multimeter to directly measure its voltage regulation value.

The measurement method is: put the multimeter in the “R×10k” position, connect the red test lead (the negative electrode of the battery in the meter) to the positive electrode of the Zener diode, and connect the black test lead (the positive electrode of the battery in the meter) to the negative electrode of the Zener diode, as shown in Figure 1-1. .

Since the high-voltage battery used in the "R×10k" gear in the MF47 multimeter is 15V, the left end of the reading time line is 15V, and the right end is "0". For example, if the hand of the meter is pointing at the left 1/3 when measuring, its reading is 10V, as shown in Figure 1-2-1.
