Intelligent vision solution
This print defect detection vision solution can be compatible with two lines of automated inspection requirements at the same time. It uses two 5 million pixel CCD cameras and a set of visionbank machine vision software to achieve two lines in parallel. . Overall system performance:
1. Input signal: pulse signal between 5 ~ 30V, support rising edge, falling edge trigger
2. Output signal: PNP / NPN signal
3. Detectable content: For surface defects inconsistent with standard products, parameters such as color depth, area, and length of the defects that need to be detected can be adjusted.

Precision and other instructions:
According to the current configuration, the print recognition defect detection character recognition vision system can capture all abnormalities on the product with a difference greater than 0.05mm. Therefore, when the detection accuracy is set to 0.05mm, the system will detect all defects on the product that are larger than 0.05mm.
In order to avoid "over-test" in actual testing, the detection accuracy needs to be set to 0.1mm.
Any defect can be detected as long as there is "abnormality" in the image. Due to the current installation environment limitations, some light sources cannot be used, so some defects cannot be detected.
