Measurement methods of main parameters of solid-state lasers

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T1.1-2009.

This standard replaces GB/T15175-1994 "Test Methods for Main Parameters of Solid-State Lasers".

Compared with GB/T15175-1994, the main changes of this standard are as follows:

--- Chapter 3 refers to GB/T15313, and deletes the same terms and definitions in the original standard as GB/T15313;

--- Chapter 4 has added the "Arbitration Measurement of Standard Atmospheric Conditions" provisions;

--- Deleted the "transverse mode" measurement method in the original standard (see 5.3 in the 1994 edition);

———The measurement of "hollow probe method" is added to the measurement method of "beam width or beam diameter" (see 5.7);

--- Increase the measurement method of "beam quality" (see 5.9);

---Specify the specific content of the "degree of polarization" measurement method, and delete the original standard's reference to GB/T7257 "Helium Neon Laser Parameter Test Method" (see 5.11);

———Appendix A, Appendix B and Appendix C have been added.
