Due to the particularity of the steel strip structure, a high-speed linear array camera needs to be used in the solution. Taking the solution provided by the steel strip manufacturer as an example, a 16K resolution, 72KHZ resolution HS interface linear array camera is used. When it is a 650mm steel strip, the resolution accuracy can reach 0.05mm, and an amazing detection speed of 240m / min is realized.
